My good friend Kana Naipo prepared this video of a visit to Hawaiian Kava Center, LLC's nursery and farm in Kahalu'u, and to the Halenoa kava bar. It's about 10 min., 16MB, and requires the realplayer:

Cultivar types are described, and some upclose shots of young and mature plants are featured. The second half is a visit to Halenoa, a kava bar in Honolulu, with Jason Keoni Verity as host. Keoni does an excellent job speaking in front of a camera. I'm not so loquacious. And since Kana is my good friend, and did the filming, I had quite a hard time suppressing my giggling.
