In nursery circles, this Hawaiian kava is called Pana'ewa or SIG (short-internode green) - it was once called Queen's Mo'i, but it seems this might be confused with Lu'ukia's Mo'i, hence probably the name drop. This plant is now about four years old and has remained low growing, green piko, short-internodes, purple coloration near nodes, green internodes. It is growing in the Kahalu'u collection.
