These duck eggs are from our farm in Kahaluu. We guarantee that they are of the highest quality or your moneyback. This is why Chinese restaurants, and specialty shops only choose our eggs. The eggs from Taiwan and Hong Kong are generally poor or bad as evidenced by this FDA report. In fact reknown Chinese Chef, Emma Tong, chooses our eggs for her receipes, too. It's no surprise when it's potluck time at community or family gatherings that people come to ask and expect some dish, like jung, or porkhash, made with our duck eggs. Prepared hard-boiled is yet another favorite dish they like.
Our eggs are a perennial favorite so please place your order early. We offer both fresh and salted eggs. Prices vary from $0.40-0.50 per egg depending on size (small, med., large). Due to the high cost of shipping, these eggs can only be purchased from Oahu. Some of our customers are insistent on taking our eggs wherever they go so they handcarry them onto their plane when they leave the island. Of course that's your choice. It's perfectly okay with us 8).
